By using the Incometra platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding the use of artificial intelligence in document processing and income verification. Please read this disclaimer carefully.

Clause 1

Automated Processing

Incometra uses automated systems and artificial intelligence (AI) to analyse uploaded financial documents and identify data inconsistencies. This includes, but is not limited to, the extraction of income figures, employment details, bank transaction data, and tax information from payslips, bank statements, tax returns, and government-issued identity documents.

Clause 2

No Guarantee of Accuracy

AI-generated outputs produced by Incometra may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. Outputs may be incomplete and may not reflect real-world lending criteria, lender policies, or regulatory requirements. The accuracy of extracted data depends on the quality, legibility, and completeness of the documents provided.

Clause 3

No Decision-Making Authority

The Incometra system does not have, and is not intended to have, any decision-making authority in relation to credit or lending matters. Specifically, the system does NOT:

  • •Make lending decisions of any kind
  • •Approve or decline loan applications
  • •Assess creditworthiness or serviceability
  • •Replace the professional judgment of licensed mortgage brokers, credit representatives, or lenders
  • •Constitute a credit assessment under the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009 (NCCP Act)
Clause 4

User Responsibility

All users of the Incometra platform, including licensed mortgage brokers, credit representatives, and their authorised staff, are solely responsible for:

  • •Independently verifying all AI-generated results before use
  • •Using outputs as reference material only, not as definitive conclusions
  • •Conducting their own responsible lending assessments under the NCCP Act
  • •Ensuring compliance with all applicable Australian laws and regulations
  • •Obtaining appropriate professional advice where required
Clause 5

No Professional Advice

Nothing produced by the Incometra platform constitutes, or should be construed as:

  • •Financial advice within the meaning of the Corporations Act 2001
  • •Legal advice of any kind
  • •Credit advice or credit assistance under the NCCP Act
  • •Accounting or tax advice
  • •Any other form of professional advice

Clause 6

Limitation of AI Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Australian law, Incometra and its officers, employees, contractors, and agents are not liable for:

  • •Any decisions made based on AI-generated output from the Incometra platform
  • •Any financial loss, damage, or harm arising from reliance on the system
  • •Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in extracted or processed data
  • •Any failure of the AI system to identify inconsistencies or irregularities
  • •Any regulatory non-compliance arising from use of the platform

Continuous Improvement

The AI systems and algorithms underlying the Incometra platform are subject to continuous development, improvement, and change. As a result:

  • •New features, checks, or validation rules may be added or modified at any time
  • •The accuracy, scope, and capabilities of the system may vary over time
  • •Users should not assume that the system's behaviour will remain constant

Governing Law

This AI Disclaimer is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from the use of the Incometra platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
